As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling subscriptions and other online advertising products. This will range from small independent agents up to our largest and most sophisticated customers, including global property fund managers, globalbrokerage businesses, hedge funds and private equity firms, real estate investment trusts and family offices. This is a sales job focusing on new business but is a 360 sales role and you are trusted to grow your accounts once you have won them. You will begiven a patch and therefore be responsible for account managing a small percentage of existing clients from day 1. You should have a consultative selling style and possess account management techniques to grow accounts over time.

**Salary**: £60K base, £120K OTE
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve monthly revenue goal through closing deals
- Achieve activity based metrics which complement revenue generation
- With medium and long-term mindset, build relationships and sell to some of the largest players in UK and global real estate
- Build relationships with multiple senior people within these organisations in order to advance sales
- Be an expert on the market backdrop and competitor behaviour so you can engage in high value conservations with clients and work towards solutions for them
- Educate clients on the value of the product through virtual demonstrations
- Your job will be London-centric and office based with some travel. It will occasionally involve hosting and attending industry events
- Whilst some smaller clients will be within your remit, this is not a rapid-fire, small ticket sales job with instant gratification.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Significant experience in commercial real estate in a revenue generating role. Alternatively, other parts of the property sector where your primary role involved selling digital marketing solutions to large clients
- Proven track record in large ticket enterprise sales OR leading large real estate transactions
- Comfort with sales cycles which can run 3-12 months+
- Demonstrate that you have maintained and grown clients over 2+ years, providing excellent service
- The confidence and patience to make £50k+ proposals
- Outstanding communication, presentation and objection handling skills are a given
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work smart.
- Educated to degree level
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- A knowledge of commercial real estate or asset management is advantageous. If not, you will have a desire to learn and a genuine interest in the trends and market backdrop. We love commercial property and are interested in what makes properties a good investment
- from small shopping centres to giant skyscrapers like the Shard.
- Property portal experience would also be classed as advantageous
- Love building relationships with clients and helping them problem-solve.
- Ability to unpick a large organisation - who is the decision-maker, the influencers, the blockers etc? How do I align them?
