**Job description**:
As a Lean Practitioner you use Lean tools and methods to undertake diagnostic analysis of business issues to facilitate the development and implementation of effective and measurable cost benefit-based solutions Supporting the delivery of multiple Service Improvement Initiatives and the associated implementation activities ensuring the successful delivery of business change initiative outcomes, including the adherence to the appropriate levels of governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues and developing the successful design, delivery and implementation of change to delivery colleagues.

**Blend working model will be discussed at interview.**

**Person specification**:

- Demonstrable experience in delivering projects, using Lean tools and methods, within an SLC business function
- Experience of the 5 core Lean Tools: Comm Cells, Visual Management, Work Place Audit, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work
- Analytical ability with the ability to concatenate, segment, analyse and derive insights from data
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills gained through experience or academic achievements
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to SLC
- Strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritise own work and deliver to strict deadlines
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills
