Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP is seeking an ambitious Operational Excellence Lead to join our team during a period of exciting change. As OE Lead, you will support the Head of Operational Excellence with the development and delivery of our new OE programme, a key strategic initiative of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead AAB operational teams in the mapping of As-Is and To-Be processes for OE project delivery
- Deliver Operational Excellence projects from scoping to delivery across AAB services and processes
- Coach staff in delivery of improvement initiatives and projects using appropriate OE methodology
- Drive bottom line benefits within professional service environment to assist key business priorities
- Support improvement interventions that aim to improve key metrics performance, generate financial savings and add business value
- Apply OE technical and procedural knowledge to facilitate improvement workshops and events
- Act as an advocate for change highlighting the benefits of embedding Operational Excellence across AAB
- Certified Lean Sigma Greenbelt or Lean Practitioner preferred; If not certified then a strong OE mindset and delivery background (3-5 years) is required
- Excellent written and communication skills with ability to present and challenge at senior levels
- Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate with others to deliver shared goals
- Practical experience of process improvement, project management and change management tools
- Experience of working in professional services organisation, shared services or outsourcing environment
- Change agent with strong credibility and refined influencing skills
- Self-motivated with the confidence to deliver autonomously against project deadlines
- Exceptional eye for detail coupled with analytical mind and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in facilitating improvement workshop and coaching teams to implement change
- Curiosity about technology, understanding best practice trends, digital influences, and emerging tools
