About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Business Operations team in Scotland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional operational services that support the improvement of public health and wellbeing across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Business Operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business operations or service delivery role, preferably in a public health or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, service delivery, and quality improvement principles.
