**Job Title**: Administration Advisor (Training Department)

**Location**:Bristol

**Salary**:£21,172 pa for 37.5hr contract OR £22,583 pa for 40hr contract

**Job Type**:Permanent, full time

Minimum admin experience of 1 year required

Must be able to start from 8am

**About the role**:
This role focuses on providing administrative support for the overall running of NAPIT Training, you will report into the Student Services Manager. This is a varied role which would suit someone who has great attention to detail, but can work at pace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of course paperwork from start to completion.
- Managing schedules.
- Assisting customers through the training and assessment process, to include booking exams, resits and registering exam results with certifying bodies.
- Create, print and post certificates to customers.
- Booking Pop-up Venues & liaising with venues.
- Managing schedules, to include transfer of course date, locations and customer cancellation.
- Monitoring and reviewing training course feedback.
- Promoting book sales.
- Maintaining all tracking logs.
- Printing course materials.
- Processing payments.

- Confident using a range of computer software.
- Strong written & verbal English.
- Confident to make outbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- A can-do attitude.
- Team Player.
- Highly organised and hard working.
