**Position Summary**

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.

- Process improvement and change management experience.
- Evidence of experience influencing others with new ideas and ways of working.
- A knowledge of process mapping
