**Operations Executive**

**Up to £26K p/a**

Glow Green is a fast growing green energy company supplying and installing PV solar panels, battery storage, boilers, air-conditioning, electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps, and have reached over 9.000 Trustpilot reviews and achieved an excellent rating.

Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their one million plus customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Uswitch and MoneySuperMarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.

**The role of our Operations Executive**

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you would be responsible for:

- Processing customer orders and completing the necessary steps associated with installing all our products at our customers properties;
- Maintaining accurate records and updates within our bespoke CRM system;
- Assisting customers with enquiries relating to their order and installation;
- Organising Electricians, and other tradesman needed for works scheduled, along with other daily tasks;
- Tracking installations and liaising with Engineers to ensure installations are completed on time;
- Liaising with the Purchasing Team to ensure all materials are delivered on time;
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts;
- Liaise with clients regarding their overdue payment.

**Operations Executive skills and experience**
- Experience working or dealing with tradesmen is highly desirable;
- Excellent team player, and driven to achieve business objectives;
- Attention to detail is essential;
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
- Excellent time and self-management;
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
