Glow Green is a green energy company supplying and installing domestic and commercial PV solar panels, battery storage, boilers, air conditioning and electric vehicle charging systems. Reaching £25M revenue in 2023, we continue our journey of significant growth.
Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their 950,000 customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Money Supermarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.
Our operations, customer service and sales teams are located in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Executive to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.
**Responsibilities of Operations Support Executive**
- Be the face of Glow Green for customers, engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing for each of them;
- Help customers who have a care plan that need repair work completing, following company procedures and arranging for engineers to attend appointments;
- Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, and recommend new options if needed;
- Ensure customers are communicated with effectively, and kept up to date with the progress of their query;
- Work alongside the technical service managers and help customers who have technical queries relating to their installations;
- Manage customers who require further work completing in order to complete their installation;
- Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively;
- Maintain customer databases effectively.
**The ideal Operations Support Executive**
- At least 2 years experience within an operational role or similar;
- Experience in multi tasking and needing to be extremely organised;
- Skilled at problem solving;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
- Team Player.
