We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations and assist in maintaining an efficient and organized work environment. **Responsibilities**
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files
- Conduct data entry and update various databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide support in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes as required
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

**Skills**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
