Duties for the role include:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate the companies CRM system
- Carry out advice and consultations with parents
- Performing general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Typing and proofreading various documents, including correspondence and reports
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilizing Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Skills required to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Experience working with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and administrative tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
