**The Role**:
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll support the Finance Margin Support team imporving data integrity, maintaining accuracy of contracts so that cash flows and margins are increased. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to identify, track, report and resolve the root cause issues relating to supplier contract enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Updating the P&H contract support trackers to ensure status is up-to-date and responsibility for actions are clearly logged
- Managing business expectation with clear process and procedures
- Maintaining and Keying supplier support in a timely manner - Keeping prioritisation in mind alongside KPI requirements
- Working with business partners to ensure that information is available for an efficient disputed claim resolution
- Creating evidence files to support claim resolution
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships to support the ongoing Claimback ethos
- Chasing supplier support documentation and challenging status to improve margin - Inline with KPI Requirements
- Responsible for the validation and authorisation of new agreements into the systems
- Supporting colleagues and escalating any outstanding issues to ensure an acceptable outcome
- Suggesting system and process improvements that adapt to meet business needs

This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, Northamptonshire

**Skills and competencies**:

- Good level of experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
- Methodical and strong attention to detail.
- Well organised with good time management.
- IT Literate with a good understanding of Excel and Formulas
- Understanding of Financial Reconciling would be advantageous but is not essential.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: AAT, Finance, Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant, Finance Graduate
