We are delighted to be seeking a **HR Co-ordinator** for our client who is a leading 3PL **based in Northamptonshire** whose culture is at the heart of everything they do.
- What you’ll be doing:_
- Support the key aspects of HR function, implementing processes and systems to meet business objectives in collaboration with the HR team
- Assist with daily operations of HR office
- Being an active team representative for company ethos and strategy
- Maintain HR administrative system and staff records
- Support processes around employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits and organisational change
- Administrative back office support such as drafting & processing letters, meeting minutes and other documents according to demands on business
- What you’ll need:_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office
- Strong organisational and time management skills, along with great attention to detail
- High competency in IT skills including MS Office packages
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills to converse to a high business standard
- Enthusiastic, keen to learn and self-motivated
- Reliably commute to Northamptonshire site 3 days/week
- Additional favourable factors (desirable, not essential) :_
- Experience in a HR environment
- Experience in logistics sector/blue collar sector
- Qualified or in the process of completing a HR qualification/CIPD Level 3

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4-6 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Crick
