**Role Overview**

As Team Coach you will play a key role in our exciting plans for the next year by supporting our contact centre sales and retentions teams with their continual development, technical skills and product knowledge to ensure they can provide our customers with excellent customer service.

**What you will do**
- Support advisors to meet and exceed their sales and retention targets, within compliance and relevant legislation.
- Conduct one on one soft skills and sales coaching for team members to support the team to continually build their knowledge, sales skills and support them to provide an outstanding experience to our customers.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct one on one coaching to rectify skill gaps where identified, reporting progress to the Head’s of and sales managers.
- Deliver huddle updates relating to any process/system/quality updates
- Work with Head of and sales managers to identify any performance issues, create PIP’s and action plans to overcome these in line with company policy

**What you will bring**
- An experienced professional with knowledge of the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
- Can demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bupa Global’s products and Sales systems and procedures.
- Excellent Sales skills, coaching skills, interpersonal and communication skills are required with emphasis on the ability to develop people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Can demonstrate examples of supporting and coaching colleagues in a coaching environment (either informally as an experienced team member or more formally in a previous coaching role)
- Ability to inspire and create enthusiasm, energy and cooperation in others to achieve work objectives
