We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong sales skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market dynamics

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably as a Head of Sales or Sales Manager
- Drinks industry experience is a MUST
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
