Field Sales Manager - Brighton & South Coast

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager (Independent Trade) in Brighton, and the role comes with an attractivesalary and benefits package.


As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, inspiring and coaching them to deliver on our challenging sales and distribution targets, and embedding and delivering structured weekly team briefs and training with a high energy, inspiring,fresh and creative approach.

In a typical week in this Sales Manager role, you will address these tasks:

  • Strengthening existing relationships and creating new business opportunities
  • Helping your team become experts in the soft drinks category
  • Interacting with everything from independent convenience stores to licensed bars, restaurants and Food To Go
  • Playing a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring the team to deliver performance and add value to the customer.
  • Experience in people management and/or coaching
  • The ability to motivate a customerfacing sales team to deliver great results
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to drive firstclass customer relationships
  • Ability to plan and prioritise for success.
