Work across the Inquiry, supporting its smooth running through the completion of a range of administrative tasks including finance, delivery of oral hearings, and office management support
General finance support for the inquiry including creating purchase orders, receipting invoices, setting up new suppliers, completing financial trackers, and general procurement of goods and services
Covering reception, monitoring shared mailboxes, and taking regular stock of office supplies to ensure they are maintained and reordered as needed
Book travel and accommodations, dispense rail tickets, keep records up-to-date, and filing as required

Strong administration experience
Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to think logically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workload in a fast paced environment
