Head Chef

A fast paced, fresh food upmarket Tea Room located in a popular tourist destination in Derbyshire has a role available for a **Head Chef**. The Tea Room offers homemade food including breakfast, lunches, snacks, pastries and cakes. The dishes created for the menus are traditional and modern and prepared from seasonally fresh local produce. As Head Chef you must be organisedand also be dedicated to working under pressure as this Tea Room gets very busy during the summer season.

**Requirements**:
A Head Chef who has experience working in a fresh food environment, who is seeking a new challenge in their career. It is essential that you have worked in fast paced kitchens, are a good organiser and work well under pressure. Your own transport will berequired due to the location.
