Executive Chef Trainee

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef Trainee to join our team at St Austell Brewery. As a highly motivated and ambitious individual, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and progress towards a senior leadership role in our kitchen team.

**Job Description:**

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with our experienced Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, manage kitchen operations, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* 2 A-levels or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g., hospitality, business, or culinary arts)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
