Head Chef

The position of **Head Chef** is available at a high quality popular country pub which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The pub restaurant serves seasonal dishes, using fresh ingredient in an informal and relaxedatmosphere. The inn is not a fine dining venue but it has proven to be one where a high standard of food is expected from pub classics to high quality traditional French meets British Cuisine. This is a friendly village Inn with an ambitious Owner who is verysupportive of the head chef and kitchen team. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen including training of junior members of staff.

**Requirements**:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a high quality fresh food pub.
