**Role Description**

Econorod Limited is seeking a full-time Help Desk Administrator to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers, identifying and escalating issues, and providing timely responses to inquiries. This role involves on-site work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in customer service or help desk support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM portals but not required as training will be provided
