We are committed to changing the perception of the industry to provide a friendly, valuable and quality service to our clients. To help us achieve this, a new team member is required to offer Admin Support to the Help Desk in our existing office team.

**About the Role**

Plans can change minute by minute so mental agility and situational awareness will help our customers and teammates alike..

The backbone of our business is our staff who are supported by various computer programs like JobLogic, which is our business operating system and Employment Hero; our Human Resources system. Full training will be provided but strong computer skills will be required.

Due to the nature of our work, when things go wrong for our customers it can be quite stressful for them so a confident and supportive telephone manner is essential.

The basic requirements are:

- Good spelling and grammar
- Confident use of computers
- Be able to work quickly and accurately
- Be willing and able to learn new skills
