At **Instep UK **due to continued regional growth we are looking for a confident and ambitious home based **Administrator/Business Support Officer **to work as part of a team, ensuring our claims are accurate and compliant. They will also provide high quality compliance and administrative support to all areas of the business.
**What makes a great Administrator?**
You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful and how your actions can impact on the success of the business.
Ideally you will have experience supporting compliance and funding claims along with using a management information system and of accurate data entry. You will be well organised and proactively manage your workload. You will have at the minimum an intermediate level with Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel. You should be a problem solver with great communication skills and the ability to work well as an individual and as a team player.
