As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor _**is joined by **_Runners Need _**and **_Snow + Rock _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Working as a key contact for your team, motivating and supporting them to reach their targets and holding accountability for your team's fulfillment and KPI's
- Overseeing colleague attendance, performance and conduct within your team
- Putting the customer first in every part of the operation, instilling company values within your team to provide an excellent service to all
- Working with your team, managers and other departments to forecast workloads and plan staffing accordingly
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by carrying out regular health and safety checks, reporting and acting on all accidents/near misses and ensuring safe systems of work
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday though some flexibility will be required at peak times._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with your team and customers
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads for you and your team
