Warehouse Section Leader

**We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Warehouse Section Leader to work for our client based in Kemble.**

**Duties;**
- Be the key contact for your team, providing support, guidance and motivation to help them reach their targets and excel in their roles.
- Uphold and instil company values within your team, ensuring that they provide excellent service to all customers.
- Collaborate with your team, managers, and other departments to forecast workloads and plan staff accordingly.
- Plan and prioritize workloads for yourself and your team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment by conducting regular health and safety checks, reporting incidents or near misses, and implementing safe systems of work.

**Requirements;**
- Previous supervisory experience within the warehousing or logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize workloads for yourself and your team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

**Pay**:

- £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum

**Shifts;**
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00-14:30
