Warehouse Section Leader

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor_**is joined by **_Runners Need_**and **_Snow + Rock_**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Working as a key contact for your team, motivating and supporting them to reach their targets and holding accountability for your team's fulfilment and KPI's
- Overseeing colleague attendance, performance, and conduct within your team
- Putting the customer first in every part of the operation, instilling company values within your team to provide an excellent service to all
- Working with your team, managers and other departments to forecast workloads and plan staff accordingly
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by carrying out regular health and safety checks, reporting and acting on all accidents or near misses and ensuring safe systems of work
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week working Monday - Friday 06.00 - 14.30._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Supervisory experience within the warehousing or logistics industry
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads for you and your team
