As part of the **Outdoor and Cycle Concepts** group, **Cotswold Outdoor** is joined by **Runners Need and Snow + Rock** to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

How will you make an impact?
- Supporting the WMS Project Manager with the creation and maintenance of the WMS project plan, operational readiness plan, project impact assessments, and Go Live run book
- Working with the WMS Project Manager to create, update, and provide output on the UK project plan
- Recording the meeting inputs and outputs and maintaining our action progress tracker
- Supporting the UK project team with maintaining the project risk register and other governance documents, reports, or outputs as required
- Establishing a document control and change process with appropriate levels of review and sign off
- Ensuring all project documentation is in line with our agreed standards and is shared to
- the relevant teams/locations.
- Creating and distributing our regular project updates to relevant stakeholders and maintaining the overall communications plan and register for the UK team
- Supporting the project team with the planning, organisation, and documentation/output for any project meetings, workshops, or other related activity.
- Presenting proposed solutions to the relevant stakeholders and governance forums and controlling the change and sign off process
- Documenting requirements and functional specifications with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring end to end integrity and completeness across all related systems and processes
- Working with the people team to develop the training media needed for the team and creating and managing the training plan for the project

**Please note this role is 40 hours per week.**

You’ll fit right in if you have:

- Previous experience operating in a project environment, especially as part of WMS implementation
- An understanding what good practice looks like with regards to document control, change processes, training plans and delivery
- Experience creating documentation to support operational process and system design
- Experience organising and facilitating business requirement workshops and the delivery of relevant outputs to support
- Relevant qualification(s) in continuous improvement, process design, or project management
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Visio
- Good analytical and data skills
- Strong organisation with the ability to manage priorities and tasks to meet deadlines
- Resilience under pressure
- Ability to positively collaborate with others
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial but not essential.
- Well organised and able to manage priorities and tasks to meet required deadlines.
