Booking in Administrator

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor _**is joined by **_Snow + Rock _**and **_Runners Need _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Inputting data from invoices into the warehouse management system
- Investigating stock issues such as quality or specifications
- Highlighting any concerning levels of inbound requirement to Warehouse Management
- Liaising and planning any changes to delivery schedules, i.e., planning for peak season and bank holidays whilst liaising with the goods in team
- Liaising with the Buying & Marketing department for any RTV actions and ensuring compliance with required deadline
- Closing down receipted orders, highlighting discrepancies
- Managing the inbound planning tools provided to ensure consistent communication across the team
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Enthusiasm and drive, working quickly and efficiently
- Decision making, problem solving and creative thinking ability
