Wedding and Events Coordinator

Wedding Organizer required for a venue in Copthorne, near Crawley, West Sussex
We have a wedding venue including a bar, reception room, swimming pool, pond, and require someone to Manage and organize weddings on a DRY HIRE basis.
Earnings and Commission can be more than £400 per booking.
We require someone with the following skills
Able to type and use Microsoft
Must be able to communicate with clients, face to face
Must have a sense of humour.
Should be able to show potential clients around venue and discuss the wedding
Able to confirm booking with all paperwork completed
Must be able to attend and oversee the wedding function itself.
Must be hard working.
Driver’s licence would be an advantage but not essential
Previous experience as a wedding organizer would be an advantage
The client, booking the venue, would provide their own food, drinks, staff, entertainment, and guests
We would provide
The venue
DJ equipment and speakers
All tables and chairs, table clothes etc.
All crockery glasses etc.
Swimming pool with a swimming pool certificate
In fact, everything to make a wedding go with a swing.
You must be available at all functions booked and if required may stay overnight on the premises the day before the function, if necessary.
This is a commission only position, but our previous staff earned over £450 per booking.
