Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to provide a warm welcome to customers and visitors, setting the tone for their visit.
The ideal candidate will maintain the customer waiting area and kitchen in the showroom to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
Key responsibilities include processing outgoing post efficiently, preparing it for dispatch each evening.
The Receptionist/Host plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience at Harwoods Group.
This includes providing a top-notch welcome experience, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and supporting the sales team.
We strive for growth and improvement through continuous challenge, taking responsibility, and working collaboratively as one team.
Award-winning Harwoods Group is a values-driven, family-owned automotive retail group established in 1931, operating across six counties in the South East of England.
We employ around 1,100 colleagues across 28 state-of-the-art facilities, offering an estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
