As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing Co-ordinator will provide advice and guidance on innovative and creative marketing solutions to support growth and future provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that utilise a mix of print, digital, and events to support Higher Education and Adult activity.
  • Campaign Schedules: Assist in producing and monitoring campaign schedules, incorporating objectives, messaging, design, deadlines, budget, and methods of evaluation.
  • Materials Production: Coordinate the production of materials to support marketing activity, including defining briefs, organising design, managing suppliers, meeting deadlines, and working within budget.
  • Campaign Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of campaigns and events across all websites and online platforms, collaborating closely with relevant team members to ensure maximum exposure, accuracy, and appropriate use.
  • Digital Content: Work with the Marketing Officer to incorporate relevant digital and social media content to support campaigns.
  • Sales Team Liaison: Liaise with the Sales team to develop and deliver Higher Education and Adult activity.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 3 qualification(s) in related subjects, such as IT, Communications, and English.
  • Experience in project management and managing multiple projects.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at various levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • A flexible and proactive approach.

Estimated salary: £23,497 - £25,678 per annum pro rata (£12.37 - £13.41 per hour). Due to the nature of the job, some evening and weekend work may be required.
