GRM Roofing are currently seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to assist the Company Secretary with general office duties.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering telephone
- Filing
- Inputting purchase invoices onto the Xero Accounting software system
- Inputting details onto the project financials database.
- Collating information for Operations & Maintenance Manuals for our clients
- Other administrative duties as required.

Experience in an office environment essential, must be efficient and able to work on own initiative. Must be trustworthy and reliable. Must be fluent in the English language. Some experience within the Construction industry would be beneficial.

Hours would be 8.30am to 4.30pm, 2 days a week. Additional hours may be required from time to time.

Please note we will be moving offices 1st July 2023 and will be located at Unit 1 Moat Farm Business Centre, Colchester, Essex CO3 8ND. This is a little remote so you will need to have your own vehicle.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
