Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Our Customer Service Consultants help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs, while providing excellent customer service.

You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

**Summary of the role**:

- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- Annual salary is from £22,000
- We are based in Nottingham City Centre with easy access from local bus routes and Park & Ride buses. We are located a 1-minute walk from Maid Marian Way tram station & a 10-minute walk from Nottingham train station.
- Structured 4-week training programme and a dedicated team to ensure you reach your potential.

Qualifications:
Experience call handling (ideally customer service expertise) is required

Experience in Insurance is desired, but not required. Many of our Customer Service Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers

You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs

We are looking for new colleagues that will fit in with our fun, but results driven culture

The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems
