**About Us**:
Sussex Primary Care (SPC) runs a number of GP Practices across Sussex providing excellent primary care in the heart of the community. We are a learning and innovative organisation that listens to our team of staff, patients and partners to guide our journey in delivering outstanding and innovative primary care.
- ** 8 Week Fixed Term Contract**:

- **Full Time / 37.5hrs**:

- ** Monday to Friday**:

- **Accountable to Project Manager**:

- ** Main base: Brighton General Hospital however m**ust have drivers license to work from all SPC Practice sites**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The comprehensive and accurate input and maintainence of our employee recordson our HRIS and updating other relevant databases.
- Assisting in the unpload of HR documents,i.e. employment contracts, references, resignation letters,confirmation ofmaternity letters, policies, procedures, templates etc.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 12 years experience working in an HR administrative role with employee records, terms and conditions and annual leave.
- A minimum of 1 year exprience working an an eHRIS.
- Data management.
- Preferably experience of working within aprofessional service, and/or fast passed environment

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A standard level of education to GCSE level or equivalent
- Drivers License

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- Computer literate with standard Microsoft and eHRIS packages
- Sound knowledge of working with employee contracts
- Highly motivated, pragmatic and practical tosupport the delivery of the HRIS implementation project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with management and peers.
- A sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks,whilst maintaining focus, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility andbuild rapport and trust with our team.
- Ability to engage constructively with colleaguesat all levels across different locations
- Able to take initiative and work independentlyonce goals and objectives are set
- Willingness to travel
- A good team player with a hands-on approach, andadaptable to new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral andwritten) skills.
