The shift pattern for this position is 5 days per week, 9am to 5pm, with occasional evening / weekend work as required.

**Post 1 -** We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join Glasgow City’s South Health Improvement Team as a Health Improvement Senior. The initial focus of this role will be to cover addictions programmes (Smoking Cessation, Drugs and Alcohol). The post holder will have key responsibility for the development and implementation of a wider addiction portfolio, with an overall aim of improving health and reducing health inequalities in line with HSCP plans and other locally and nationally identified priorities. The post holder will work within the HSCP with key partners and will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of the South Quit Your Way Smoking Cessation Service, in line with Scottish Government LDP targets. These areas of focus may change over time.

**Post 2 -** We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join Glasgow City’s North East Health Improvement Team as a Health Improvement Senior (Tobacco). The post holder will have key responsibility for the delivery of tobacco programmes, with an overall aim of improving health and reducing health inequalities in line with HSCP plans and other locally and nationally identified priorities. The post holder will work within the HSCP with key partners and will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of the NE Quit Your Way Smoking Cessation Service, in line with Scottish Government LDP targets.
