Secondment opportunity

Cornwall is well underway on its three-year transformation of its core community mental health services; we are looking for someone to lead the Single Point of Access service, to lead on the development, implementation and embedding of partnership working across Primary Care Networks, contributing to overall transformation plan. We are working towards a complete transformation of services in Cornwall in line with national plans to create integrated and collaborative health and social care systems. Our mission is to provide a safe and empowering environment steeped in a caring, culture of acceptance, curiosity, and empathy.

**Main duties of the job**:
This 6 month secondment offers you an exciting career development opportunity working in a well-established and supportive management team. We are looking for someone to inspire, design and implement changes to referral management in Adult Community Mental Health. It means that in this post you can be creative, innovative and encourages you to think outside and around the box in further designing & developing this service. You will work with our Community Mental Health Teams and Matrons to provide an outstanding experience and care for the people who use our services. We will support you to lead on driving forward key national changes give you the confidence to manage and lead your own service.
