Keighley, United Kingdom Service 2 Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in administration in all aspects of the business - including but not limited to:
Managing operatives’ diaries to maximise work productivity and scheduling appointments

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, clear and professional telephone manner as well as excellent admin skills

Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

Raising and booking call outs and follow on jobs and appointments using engineers reports and their technical knowledge to ensure durations and descriptions are correct

Closing down jobs ready for invoicing
- Updating notes and appointments as and when job progresses

Raising Invoices and Quotes.

Experience preferred but not essential but a good sense of humour and work ethic is

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
