**URGENTLY REQUIRED **
We are looking for TWO QA Coordinators. (Both are full time, permanent job opportunities).
**QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR** (We are currently seeking 2 people)
There will potentially be 2 different levels of vacancy here;
**1. QA Coordinator**
£28000 upwards - possibly into low £30’s
Minimum 2 years experience.
**2. Senior QA level Coordinator**
Salary mid £30’s upto £40K
Minimum of 5 years experience
**Hours**
37 hours spread over 4 days
Mon - Thur 7.30am - 5.15pm

Established over several decades they are also breaking down the boundaries of new product development, hence the reason their QA team is set to further expand this year.
**Job Overview**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Audit - internal and external where required. Must have experience of ISO9001, 14001, 45001
- Oversee data analysis, data trending, project and test coordination, and product and material specification management
- Incoming inspection to purchased components aligned with both drawing and specification
- Assist in inspection support, line side and also in QA lab
- Complete document revisions
- Initiate / complete quality systems
- Raise and follow-up CA&PA actions to completion
- Participate in method / equipment validations and method product activities
- Support non-laboratory QC functions
- Oversee data analysis
- Monitor data trending
- Oversee project and testing coordination product and material specification management inspection support
- Validate method / equipment and method projects activities
- Customer returns, inspection and fault finding

**Required Qualifications/Experience**:
- Technical or QA Certification to NVQ Level
**Preferred Skills**:
- 2 yrs + Experience in QA/Technical, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Technical or QA Certification to NVQ standard - preferred
- Must have working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Focused approach to customers both internal & external
- Attention to detail. All records and applicable test criteria are kept up to date
- Technical Inspection criteria is fully met and recorded
- Health and Safety requirements are fully met and recorded
- Quality Principles
- Computer literacy background - SAP & MS Office (Minimum)
- Continuous Improvement philosophy and culture
- Ability to communicate and deal with people through all levels of the company
- Proactive and motivated “self-starter” with a flexible approach

**ADDITIONAL NOTES**:
The role requires someone who has experience of both a QA “shopfloor” experience as well as the process side of the role.
50% of this role focuses on Line checks and spot checks on the build. This will be varied as there are 5 or 6 different manufacturing areas at the site, so the successful applicant can expect variety
The role is also very team orientated where you will not only liaise very closely with other quality team members, but of course many other departments at the site.
