**The Project**
As a Voids Co-ordinator you will effectively coordinate and plan the refurbishment of empty properties to return them to a let-able standard before new tenants move in. You will manage the process from receiving details of the property from the client, through to works beginning on site and then completion of works to hand the property back. Key duties: - Regular liaison with the client providing status updates - Plan diaries of operatives to maximise efficiency and productivity - Provide regular updates to the team including distributing relevant information to - Supervisors Record detail accurately on our systems and associated administration to ensure real time information is available on all works You will need to be highly organised and work in a structured, logical way to ensure all works are allocated and completed within the given timescales.
