**The role**:

- To provide an effective and efficient recruitment process in line with the College’s Safer Recruitment processes.
- Producing adverts in our online recruitment systems using job descriptions and person specifications.
- Request references and undertaking online searches in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education requirements at the point of shortlisting.
- Maintain accurate records for all recruitment process using Microsoft Excel.
- Liaise with managers to arrange and organise interviews including interview packs and invite letters.

**Role requirements**:

- Evidence of experience in an administration role
- Evidence of working in a busy office environment
- Evidence of experience of using Microsoft Office products
- Evidence of following processes and procedures.
- GCSE’s grade C or above in English and Maths
- DBS on update service, or willingness to obtain one prior to start date.
