We are looking for a Recruitment & On-Boarding Administrator to join our People Team.

**The Role**:
This is a remote based position predominately working from home however does require the ability to travel for key meetings with the Recruitment team in Sheffield, the wider People team in Birmingham and for supporting occasional recruitment activity nationally, as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' schedules, and communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the People Support team and Prison teams to facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the recruitment team's inbox efficiently, prioritising and escalating enquiries as needed.

You will work closely with a supportive team, gaining mentorship and valuable insights to shape your career in HR and recruitment.
