We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Adults Board at Wakefield Council.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the Board, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the Business Manager and Independent Chair, handling complex and routine inquiries, and requests for information.
  • Support the planning and coordination of Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SARs), including managing referral forms, paperwork, and meeting logistics.
  • Lead project work, such as audits, and assist in reviewing the Board's strategic plan and producing an annual report.
