**This is a 6 month internship on a part-time basis with the potential to convert to a permanent job. Flexible working hours & remote working arrangement available.**

**Position Overview**

We are a young and dynamic beauty company operating primarily in the E-commerce space, with seriously impressive profit metrics within 12 months of operations.

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist rockstar to connect with our customers - answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. We are also looking for a hungry and eager-to-learn multi-tasker who can help problem-solve operational issues. Our Customer Operations Specialists are the heart of our business and have a major impact on our continued success.

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered by liaising with warehouse personnel
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level or currently studying at degree level
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Google sheets and doc rockstars
- Tech-savvy with an enthusiasm for the beauty industry
- A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day
- E-commerce customer service experience a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
