London Sperm Bank is the UK’s leading provider of donor sperm. We offer a wide range of sperm donors and store around 10,000 donor sperm samples at any given time. We help people wanting to have a family, whatever their circumstances.

**About the role**:
As the primary contact, this position involves managing initial screenings and ensuring a seamless experience for both donors and patients. Our goal is to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure at our clinic.

The role is responsible for maintaining seamless operations withing the recruitment department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all donor enquiries, managing bookings and maintaining proactive communication.
- Show initiative to improve donor coordination processes and operations
- Utilise Salesforce CRM extensively to track donor interactions, manage appointments, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Greet and check in patients and donors, ensuring all procedures for sample collection are followed meticulously.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments with donors, adhering strictly to London Sperm Bank SOPs.
- Respond to daily enquiries, converting them into bookings and following up on no-shows to maintain optimal attendance rates.
- Manage administrative tasks, including document scanning and updating Salesforce CRM to keep records current and accurate.
- Implement and adhere to the HFEA Code of Practice in all donor recruitment, screening, and assessment activities.
- Support team members across various coordination and customer care tasks as needed.
- Take ownership of the processes and responsibilities
- Provide training where necessary to new staff
- Coordinate information across multiple databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record keeping

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer/patient services, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting effective interviews and managing interactions both in-person and digitally.
- Independent worker with the ability to also perform in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Degree in health sciences (preferred).
- Familiarity with HFE Act and HFEA Code of Practice (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (required).
