Every year, demand for donor eggs outstrips supply, resulting in thousands of infertile couples being denied the chance of having children. The London Egg Bank is the UK’s largest provider of donor eggs and it is rapidly expanding.

**Administrative support and Donor Care tasks**:

- Provide full administrative support to the recruitment, sales and clinical departments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and online chats promptly and professionally, distributing messages and making sure calls are returned.
- To assist donors with the online recruitment aspects of the recruitment programme.
- To ensure that donors submit additional information such as pen sketches, extended profiles, self-summaries.
- To book all donors’ doctors follow ups, counselling, and screening appointments.
- To great all patients and provide excellent customer services, helping all patients to “check in” during visits.
- To complete the administrative steps required during each patient visit.
- To make payments to donors according to HFEA guidance.
- To ensure that all donors have had relevant blood and urine tests results uploaded to their Ideas record, appointments as well as counselling appointments in accordance with the HFEA code of practice.
- Deal with the consultants’ post/correspondence, following up with appropriate responses where necessary - obtaining advice from consultants or senior nurses where necessary.
- Booking LEB patient appointments for scans, blood tests and review consultations.
- Ensuring that donor recruitment follows LEB recruitment SOP
- Maintain the patient files computerised, scanning documents and filling into patient’s notes.
- Source test results from labs and inform doctors/patients of outcomes, obtaining advice from consultants or senior nurses where necessary.
- Maintain the LEB reception area and donor bank environment with feedback from patients.
- To ensure that donors recruited are monitored, their screenings are done according to current LEB donor recruitment SOP and that there is nothing missing before they complete the donor programme.
- General maintenance of donor/patient information and files including filing of records relating to the donors and their respective tests and appointments.
- To complete audits where required
- To ensure that all patients records are complete and accurate
- General housekeeping of the donor bank and office

**Patient Care and Customer Services tasks**:

- To answer all catalogue sales enquires
- To correspond with external clinics to verify patient details and provide information regarding donor’s age and screening tests
- To work with the online catalogue in order to “activate” patient accounts and answer queries
- To book all patients not already registered with LEB or partner clinic an initial consultation with an egg donation officer prior to activating their online account
- To attend marketing events including seminars when required
- To assist with donor uploads onto the catalogue
- Any other administrative duties as directed by Line Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
