High Wycombe, United Kingdom Atlanta Group Full time

Job description

At the Atlanta Group, we believe our success doesn’t come from products alone - it’s down to our people and the service they deliver to our customers. Our representatives are the voice of our business, the friendly person on the phone for all our customers, ensuring their experience with Atlanta and our brands is always positive.

**How will you do this?**

You will support new or existing customers with their insurance enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions to their needs. Communication is an important part of your role here and so its important that you can demonstrate a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers.

To join our team, you will also have:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced exciting role
- Experience in a customer related role and a passion to meet customer needs

**Working at Atlanta Group**

We are a fast-growing, digitally driven, agile broker with a vision to both simplify and improve insurance for customers across the UK and Ireland. Atlanta is home to many brands such as Swinton Insurance, Autonet, Carole Nash, Be Wiser Insurance, Healthy Pets Insurance, Marmalade, Paymentshield Ltd, Safeguard and Lloyd Latchford Group.

At Atlanta, we’re passionate about supporting local charities and making a positive difference in the places where we live and work. Together we’ve raised nearly £300,000 since 2017 with fund-raising activities like our Give Back Days and Operations Giftmas for local causes in our local communities.

**Hybrid Working**

You will eventually be able to ‘qualify’ for hybrid working. As a business, we want to make sure that our employees have the relevant skills, competencies and the confidence to be able to fulfil their roles away from the office. The entire induction period consists of Training and The Development Centre, reaching the right level of competency can take anywhere up to 9 weeks dependent on performance.

**Diversity & Inclusion at Atlanta**

Atlanta's Diversity & Inclusion network aims to recognise and celebrate all people, with 6 communities working to shine a light on important issues and amplify under-represented voices. Our communities celebrate being your true self, cultural differences, visible and invisible disabilities, gender parity, colleagues of all ages and parents and carers, each striving to empower, enthuse, educate and inspire people across the wider Atlanta community.

The communities help ensure that our people have an equal voice and support network to strengthen our inclusion across the business, creating an environment where everyone can feel heard, appreciated and welcome.

**Why choose us?**

Our promise to you. This role offers a competitive salary along with pay and role progression. You will get to work with a fun, diverse and driven team who love what they do and a leadership team who listen, support and inspire you to be your very best

Atlanta’s success belongs to its people. Their amazing talents, skills and achievements help our group thrive, and each person plays a unique and integral role in helping Atlanta continually grow and develop

**How we work**

We understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you are in the office and support you when you are working from home. You will experience a great learning journey when you first join with excellent support and ongoing learning opportunities to help you pursue your career with us.

This is an exciting chance to develop your career and be part of a group that is always growing.
