The presence of a School Crossing Patrol encourages parents and children to walk to school, giving environmental and health benefits, in addition to improving safety on the site.

Good verbal communication skills are essential.

Duty times cover the period before school opens in the morning and the period after the school closes in the afternoon.

**This post is term-time only. The times on patrol are**:
Morning - 8.25am to 9.05am

Afternoon - 2.50pm to 3.20pm
