**Duties to include**:
Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal

Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance. Medical records are also checked at this point.

Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor.

Dealing with Solicitors regarding queries and resolving them in a timely and accurate manner

Must be accurate with great attention to detail.

First class communication & time management

A tenacious, adaptable multitasker

Excellent IT knowledge

Prepared to go the extra mile

Polished and well presented with an excellent telephone manner

The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8-pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and excellent telephone/admin skills who has great attention to detail.

Full training will be provided.so the ability to pick things up quickly is essential
