Customer Service Administrator Mondays Start

**Job Title: Customer Service Administrator**
**Hours: 37 per week Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm OR 8am - 4pm**
**Pay Rate: £11.99p/h (Paid weekly)**
**Location: Wilmslow SK9 (Hybrid after training has been completed 2-3 weeks training onsite 2 days WFH - 3 days office based)**
**IMMEDIATE START - MONDAY 13TH FEBRUARY - PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DBS CHECK PRIOR TO STARTING.**
**KEY OUTCOMES**
- Processing amendments and cancellations on fee payers' records, identifying potential inaccuracies, asking pertinent questions and dealing with queries to ensure changes are carried out in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Providing excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, handling even difficult contacts with empathy, tact and good judgment.
- Identifying complex or sensitive queries and issues and referring them to more senior staff for consideration.
- Prioritising own workload and working to deadlines in accordance with service standards.
- Helping to train new team members and less experienced colleagues, being 'shadowed' as required.
- Supporting and assisting in any other administrative duties when required.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent). or Relevant work experience.
