**What this job can offer and what we are looking for;**

The commercial vehicle industry is extremely fast paced, changing on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis. This will mean that you will be part of a team that has to be very organised and also willing to change direction at a moments notice.

Subsequently the job can be very exciting, but also have some moments in which you are required to think on your feet and problem solve. Being a member of our team you will have the full support of your colleagues in providing you the information required, however will also ideally absorb and retain this information to recall for the next time it is needed.

At Kuda, we are very proud to work with some of the industries biggest truck manufacturers, fleets and their drivers. This role will primarily be that of a support role to the directors and sales team, meaning you will have experience and dealings with a wide range of customers, this will require you to have a confident phone manner and be able to transition your output to the requirements of that particular customer.

You will be directly trained and managed by the Commercial Director with the support of the other directors of the business, meaning you will have hands on experience with many aspects of a sales role.

There are progression operation items available with this role should the successful applicant build and maintain sales based relationships.

This is an office based role with some travel to meetings where required.

**What we are looking for;**
- A confident individual with a willingness to learn
- A good ability to retain information quickly and recall it where needed
- Great phone manor and happy to talk to people.
- Good mathematics skills
- The ability to work methodically but also be happy to change direction quickly where required.
- Good computer skills, previous experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and Sage 50 Accounts is preferable, however full training will be required.
- A good understanding of eCommerce and online selling (the basis of how buying and selling online works)
- Trustworthy and Punctual
- A sound understanding of the basics of business, profit margins and discounts.
- Full, clean UK drivers licence is preferable with the location of the business (IP7 7HA).

**Package;**

Salary - £19,500 per year.

37.5 hours per week (8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

After 3 years service: Private Health care Cover

After 5 years service: Life Insurance Cover

After 10 years service: Increased pension contributions
