Job Summary
Cottrell Moore Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day function of our Google Enterprise team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders and ensure timely completion
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and sales tools
- Supply and chase quotations for customers via our internal system
- Prepare and run reports for customers
- Provide support in the management of our customers
- Attend and contribute to meetings when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and queries
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
